Before you start, we need to know where you live. There are two reasons for this:
Firstly, we need to be sure that we're getting survey responses from people who live in or near Evesham. Otherwise, the information we collect won't be very useful and won't reflect what our residents think.
Secondly, we want to be able to analyse the responses so that we can allocate them to different council wards and divisions, because we know that people in different parts of Evesham and the surrounding villages have different concerns based on where they live.
Don't worry, you won't get junk mail as a result of filling in the survey!
We won't share your postal address with anyone, and we won't use it for any purpose other than allocating your survey responses.
If you'd like somebody to contact you to discuss any issues that you raise in the survey, there is an optional section at the end where you can give us your email address or phone number. But you don't need to give us those unless you want to.
